Welcome to SpaceTree (spacetree.store). These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases of hydroponic tower systems and related products from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

SpaceTree is a brand of Yongkang spacetree technology Co.,Ltd a manufacturer of commercial hydroponic systems operating from Zhejiang, China.

1. Product Information

All product specifications, dimensions, materials, and capacities listed on spacetree.store are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we reserve the right to make minor modifications to product design and specifications as part of ongoing product improvement, without prior notice.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from photographs due to manufacturing improvements and batch variations.

2. Ordering & Payment

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or credit verification.

Payment Terms

  • Small orders (1-50 units): Full payment via wire transfer, credit card, or PayPal is required before shipment.
  • Bulk orders (50-100 units): 50% deposit required to begin production; 50% balance due before shipment.
  • Wholesale/container orders (100+ units): 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Custom payment terms available for established partners.
  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally from our manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China. Shipping methods and costs vary by order size and destination:

  • Small orders (1–10 units): Shipped via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) with delivery in 10–15 business days.
  • Medium orders (10–100 units): Shipped via air freight or LCL sea freight. Delivery time 35-55 business days depending on destination.
  • Large orders (100+ units): Shipped via FCL sea freight. Delivery time 20–40 business days.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

4. Warranty

All SpaceTree hydroponic tower systems come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of shipment.

The warranty covers:

  • Structural defects in the tower body (PVC/ABS materials)
  • Pump failures due to manufacturing defects
  • Component defects in fittings and connectors

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or operation
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable components
  • Damage from freezing, overheating, or chemical corrosion
  • Shipping damage (claims must be filed with the carrier)
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties

Warranty claims must be accompanied by photographic or video evidence of the defect. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue credit for defective items.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unassembled products within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Custom and OEM orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are manufactured to your specifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceTree (Shenzhen Wanjin Technology Co., Ltd.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of crops, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen, China.
